Anyone, any age, struggling from anorexia, bulimia or binge eating is invited to attend this free support group that meets weekly on Monday evenings in Laguna Beach, CA.

Topics of discussion focus on recovery and include overcoming self-destructive eating habits, handling and expressing difficult feelings such as anger, learning how to be assertive, understanding how to set healthy boundaries, and developing positive ways to nurture and care for oneself.
