$125 per 50-minute session

Insurance
I am not affiliated with any health insurance plans. If you would like to use your PPO insurance benefit to cover a portion of the cost of out of network counseling, I can provide you with a super bill statement and you can submit this to your insurance company for reimbursement. 

Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

Payment
Cash, check and most major credit cards and debit cards accepted for payment. 

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the appointment as booked.
